Free Shipping
Free shipping is available before applicable taxes on orders of CAD $69+ in Ontario and Quebec, CAD $89+ in British Columbia and Alberta, and CAD $129+ for the rest of Canada. Free shipping is provided for all orders within US that total CAD $150+($109USD) or more before any applicable taxes.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Processing time includes order verification, quality checking, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.
During new collection launches, sale periods, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volume.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the shipping address can no longer be changed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for carrier updates. Weather conditions, customs checks, holiday traffic, and local delivery disruptions may affect delivery speed.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we will help check the shipment status.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
