Original Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Secure Refunds
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days from the delivery date, we are unable to accept returns. Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit / eGift Card only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit. Any purchase made with a gift card or store credit is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must have no visible wear, stains, perfume, makeup marks, or damage.
- Original packaging should be included whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required for all return requests.
Important Notice on Size & Fit
Many of our items are labeled as One Size. Please note that “One Size” does not guarantee a fit for all body types. Fit may vary depending on individual body shape, height, measurements, and personal styling preference.
- Size and fit issues are considered personal preference and are not classified as product defects.
- We kindly encourage customers to carefully review the product descriptions, measurements, and size information before placing an order.
- By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
Color Disclaimer
Actual product color may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography conditions, and display differences.
Slight color differences are not considered product defects.
Refunds
We want you to feel happy and confident with your Onni Style pieces. If something doesn’t work out, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting Onni Style.
- Approved returns will be refunded as store credit / eGift Card, so you can choose something you love next time. Please kindly note that all purchases made with store credit are Final Sale.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue quickly.
