Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Items must have no visible wear, stains, perfume, makeup marks, or damage.
• Original packaging should be included whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or clearance conditions.

• Final sale items and clearance items are not eligible for return.
• Underwear, intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories worn close to the skin cannot be returned.
• Items damaged by washing, improper care, alteration, or misuse cannot be returned.

Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return. After your request is reviewed, we will send return instructions.

Please do not send items back without approval. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the eligible item and place a new order for the size, color, or style you want.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue quickly.
